Hummus with tomato-meat sauce
Very tasty, very hearty porridge with tomato-meat sauce. Will be enjoyed by all members of your family from young to old)))

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Basil

  • Spices

Take the yellow peas from "Mistral" (it does not require pre-soaking), pour the water according to instructions and sent on the stove. Cook porridge until tender, not forgetting at the end to add salt.

The pan sent chopped onion and tomato, garlic and ginger. Fry over high heat for 5-7 minutes.

Sent to ground in a blender, add fresh Basil and carefully puree them.

In the pan where you roasted the vegetables sent to the meat (I have beef-Turkey). Fry for about 10 minutes.

Add tomato-Basil a lot, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Leave on low heat to stew until ready.
