Pie of four omelets from Gilles Angenie
Traditional Provencal shepherd's dish. Here you can use all sorts of supplements - from boiled or fried potatoes and mushrooms to the remnants of the baked meat or ham. However, the cake looks so beautiful that could easily get on the holiday table! Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    12 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    250 g

  • Cream

    125 ml

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Olives

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

You will need 4 bowls. In every break in 3 eggs. First add turmeric, whip

Pour the cream, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Reheat in a pan with a little olive oil and add a knob of butter. First fry the scrambled eggs. When the bottom of the grab - flip, fry until Golden brown.

Put the omelet into the form, covered with cling film.

Generously sprinkle with cheese.

For the second omelette to eggs add black tapenade of olives. If no, then grind the olives with olive oil, garlic and anchovy.

Pour the cream and pepper.

Fry in mixture of olive oils and butter.

Put into a form, sprinkle with cheese.

For the third omelet to eggs add the tomato paste, cream, salt, pepper.

Fry on both sides.

Put into a form, sprinkle with cheese.

In the fourth omelet add finely chopped fresh herbs (or spinach), cream, chopped garlic, salt, pepper.

To fry, put in shape, sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Cover with cling film, press down lightly, put a little plate. How cool - can be served.

To turn the cake onto the prepared dish.
