  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

  • Soft cheese

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

Take the toast

Fry in sunflower oil in a frying pan until brown on both sides.

On toast, put a sheet of cheese.

Put on top of the ham.

Then pickles.

Now begin to prepare themselves poached eggs. Constantly stirring the boiling water, gently crack the egg. Rotate in the vortex so that it acquired a distinctive form. Take out carefully with a ladle full of holes, when the protein is cooked and will gain a solid form, but not for very long so that the yolk remained liquid. Spread on prepared toast.
