Cooking
Products for making fruit baskets.
From whole oranges cut baskets, like in the photo.
Apple wash, remove the core and cut into thin round slices.
Oranges will remain very much meat. From the pulp from two oranges, squeeze the juice in any way, mix with vanilla sugar, pour the sliced apples and bring to boil. Slicing remove and spread out on the napkin, let it cools and dries.
Kiwi peel and thinly slice. Peaches out of the syrup and also thinly slice.
Gelatin pour over the syrup from the peaches and what is left from cooking slicing of apples (juice oranges with vanilla sugar) and leave to swell.
Swollen gelatin to warm up on the stove until dissolved and mix with sour cream (if you like sweeter, add a little more sugar).
Fill baskets with cream-gelatin mixture. From slicing peaches, kiwi, apples cooled quickly twisted roses and decorate baskets until gelatin cream is not frozen. Will have to show dexterity.
