Profiteroles with cheese and ham cream
Eateries buns on one tooth. For the contest "Gorenje: Christmas song".

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Ham

    300 g

  • Mayonnaise

    4 Tbsp

  • Green olives

Pour water into a small saucepan, add butter and salt. Bring to a boil (the butter should melt), remove the liquid from heat. Intensely disturbing, add the flour. The pot is again put on fire and heat, stirring until the dough begins to move away from the sides of the pan. Remove from heat, let the dough cool slightly. Add one by one vimosewa, eggs. The finished dough should be soft and thick (keep the shape). Put the dough in a pastry bag and squeeze out in the form of small turrets on a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Profiteroles should be pyshnenky and hollow inside.

Ham and grate the cheese on a small grater. Mix and season with mayonnaise.

To shift the cream in a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle and fill them with rolls.

To bond 2 buns with toothpicks between them. Olives cut into circles and stripes. Circles (ears) to attach to the head with toothpicks.

To make the face and body with strips of olives. They are easily glued with mayonnaise ;)
