Tartlets
A very simple spicy tartlets with crisis dough and filling. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail."

Ingredients

  • Margarine

Put stew chicken with mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil (if fresh mushrooms), salt and pepper. You can add a little water to the chicken was fried without a crust. While the filling is prepared, one can prepare the test. Add flour in a container where we prepare the dough. Then grate on a coarse grater margarine.

Add 7 tbsp of water and knead the dough. I have left the dough 2 cups. See that the dough was elastic, not tight. Divide it into 4 pieces (then to make it easier to roll out), and remove it for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

The chicken is prepared. Cool it, separate the meat from the bones and finely chop. Put in a bowl, add the flavoring hops-suneli and mix well.
