I want to offer another recipe for a delicious porridge-dessert of semolina. As the porridge is served cold, then it can (need) to cook in the evening and in the morning, we can only take out of the fridge and serve! This is the fourth version of the children's semolina, "Eat porridge Masha!"

Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cherry

    200 g

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Cook porridge in the usual way. So I boil, add in the cold milk, semolina and sugar and cook until tender while stirring continuously. Porridge should be thick.

Silicone molds rinsed in cold water several times to shake down the cells to remove the large drops of water.

Pour hot porridge into cells and put into the refrigerator until fully cured.

Boiled pudding. In a saucepan pour water, add the cherries and sugar, bring to a boil. Starch to dissolve in 50 ml. of cold water, then a thin stream pour into the saucepan stirring constantly, until thick. Jelly cooling. Cold jelly pour into plates, from forms to extract a pulp and spread on the jelly. Turns out very tasty and beautiful serving of semolina.
