Baked porridge
This recipe is a real godsend for fans of oatmeal - nejropatii, fast, and the result is stunning! I met him only a month (thanks again Vlad from LJ, and Наталье8, acquainted me with him), but he's permanently stuck in my family, besides, this is a great opportunity to experiment - to use other fruit, cereal, nuts.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Raisins

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

  • Rye flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

Mix the dry ingredients - cereal, raisins, 1 tsp brown sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder, cinnamon

Add milk, melted butter and egg white.

Apple cut into cubes, raisins wash and dry. Add to the mix.

Refractory form (19*19 cm) grease with butter, sprinkle with rye flour

Spread the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about an hour.

Baked porridge sprinkle with almond petals (or coconut flakes), the remaining brown sugar and keep a little more in the oven closer to the top to form a crispy crust.
