Tomato fettuccine-Fettuccine
Fettuccine is an Italian noodles that you can cook at home, even with different taste and color additives. I really like to mess with the dough: knead, knead, sculpt... And the best part is the "purr" of the family during dinner!!!

Using machines for the pasta: divide the dough into 4-6 pieces, roll into "sausages", then roll with a rolling pin small ovals. The machine to put on the greatest thickness of the sheeting and roll the dough, then set a thickness (smallest I have) and roll out again. Do this with each piece of dough. The leaves are spread on a towel.

Then we cut our sheets into noodles. Lay out cooked noodles on a baking sheet, sprinkle with flour and leave to dry if you don't intend to cook immediately. By the way, home the noodles are boiled less than two minutes in boiling water! Now the second method for making homemade pasta: if you have Lapsha mill, then, then divide the dough into 4 parts. Each piece of dough is rolled as thin as possible into circle/oval. Sprinkle with flour, turn, without pressing them, in a roll and with a knife cut into strips of width around 0.5 cm, a little more. Also spread the pasta out to dry or boil and serve.
