Rice porridge
It would seem the usual mess... but no! A little imagination and a Breakfast of cereal turns into a feast for the sweet tooth! And thanks to the use of cereal - super fast cooking.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    50 g

  • Coconut milk

    300 ml

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Chocolate milk

    30 g

  • Cream

    2 Tbsp

Measure out the rice cereal. I use rice flakes TM Mistral.

Boil the milk. I wouldn't say that much matter what kind of milk to use : coconut or cow. In this case, I have coconut. If coconut milk is stratified, when heated it becomes homogeneous.

Add in the milk, rice flakes, coconut, sugar. Bring to a boil, cover it and leave the mess to brew.
