Universal mushroom sauce
Versatile because it is possible to prepare and meat steak and potatoes and spaghetti. Prepared quickly and is not difficult, but it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Cheese

    15 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 g

  • Cream

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Parsley

    2 tsp

  • Shallots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    10 g

In heated pan with oil fry the finely chopped onion.

Add washed, obsushennye, the sliced mushrooms and fry, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, flour and fry, stirring for another 2-3 minutes (if you cook the pasta - add the flour is not necessary),

add the wine and simmer until it has evaporated (2-3 min.)

add cheese, cream, herbs and simmer, continuously stirring for about 5 min. until complete dissolution of cheese.
