Sunny baked millet with dried apricots
This dish in my family called Zapatista. Because pie is made from potatoes, cottage cheese... and cereal - sapeksha or tapecase. And I love to cook my favorite defenders - husband and son is a delicious sweet dish. Treat you and their on the occasion of the day of Defender of the Fatherland.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    200 g

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    130 g

  • Sour cream

    60 g

Cooking

We need: Wheat "Mistral", dried apricots, butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream, vanilla sugar (if you like).

Boil millet "Mistral" in the water until tender, raspravam in boiling water the dried apricots for 10 minutes, then finely chop it. When the millet is cooked, put it in a bowl, add butter, allow to cool a little and add to the millet dried apricots. Stir.

In another bowl mix eggs, sugar and sour cream.

Pour all the wheat with dried apricots and stir.

Pour into a baking pan and in a preheated 180 degree oven until Golden brown. I baked it in a slow cooker for 1 hour 15 minutes. After tapecase cooked, allow to cool and then treat yourself and your loved ones!
