Millet porridge royally
Very tasty, hearty and flavorful porridge. With a pleasant aroma of vanilla. Will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Millet

    0.25 cup

  • Cherry

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

  • Saffron

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Cooking

Dried cherries wash and dry.

Measure out a quarter Cup of millet Mistral and a good wash (I have a glass 300 ml.).

A glass of milk, bring to boil, add wheat flour, salt and sugar. Cook stirring constantly 10 minutes.

A minute before the end add the vanilla and saffron, mix well.

Turn off the heat, add the cherries and stir.

Porridge poured into the pot, greased with butter.

The egg slightly beat with a fork with a pinch of salt and sugar.

Pour the egg into the pot of porridge. To put in heated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes. Very tasty, if you submit to this mess a sandwich with butter and sweet tea.
