Description

Onion salad
Juicy, crisp, moderately juicy, light, but quite filling useful vitamin salad, where the main and the basic role played by the onion. Snack or a separate dish. My husband jokingly calls this salad "nedaalive"... However, eating it with an enviable constancy. Help yourself, it's delicious! And still simple, fast and affordable.

Cooking

step-0
Two large onions (I used red and regular onions), cleaned, cut into small cubes, pour boiling water for a few minutes.
step-1
Drain the hot water and quickly place the onion in ice water for 10 minutes. Thus, from a bow will take excess bitterness and sharpness, but it will become crispy and juicy.
step-2
Drain onions in a colander to drain unnecessary liquid. Then put onions in the Cup, pour the juice of half a lemon, add salt, add sugar, season with pepper. Leave to marinate, while we handle the rest of the ingredients.
step-3
Eggs and pickled cucumbers cut into small dice. Large Apple (better to take the Apple sour varieties) to clean, remove core, cut into cubes the same size as the onion. Pour juice of half a lemon, mix well.
step-4
Yogurt (or low fat sour cream) mix with a teaspoon of granular (regular is fine too) mustard, salt, season with pepper.
step-5
With cucumbers, apples and onion drain off any excess liquid. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add green peas, chopped dill. Fill the sauce (or mayonnaise), mix well. You're done!
