The last months I'm on a diet that excludes fried, and require frequent meals, therefore we started looking for tasty and healthy retseptiki for snacking. It was nice of steam sarnicki, made them almost every day. Now the diet has gone remission and sweet after the holidays you do not want, so I decided to experiment a bit with the recipe.
Prepare the ingredients. Mushrooms finely cut into cubes and fry in a pan. I was frozen, so I was roasting big pieces, and then shredded in a blender. Naturem cheese on a grater.
Whisk egg in bowl with a mixer or whisk. If the eggs are small - you can take two. Add salt to taste. I put 1.5 tsp., as for me it was too salty, but the rest liked it. So here, see for yourself. To the egg add the cheese and stir with a fork. For greater homogeneity, it is possible also to blender, but not necessarily. In cottage cheese add mushrooms and chopped greens. Carefully mix everything. If the mass is too dry - add another egg or a couple tablespoons of sour cream. I usually try to achieve the consistency of store-bought curds.
The prepared mixture is put into molds, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and put in a steamer for 12-15 minutes. If desired, the cheese can also be mixed with cottage cheese, just I was little and I felt that the cheese taste will be lost. Syrnichki when ready, gently remove them from the molds. I have silicone forms and cheesecakes, usually, can be removed without problems. The finished product can be eaten both cold and hot. Bon appetit!
