Interesting mess of ingredients. Rather the dessert, not the porridge - soft as a cloud, light and nourishing at the same time.

Take a glass of wheat flakes from TM Mistral - 100 gr. Pour them in a pan, which is subsequently put in a water bath.

To flakes not add 2 large eggs, about 2 tbsp sugar ( I used brown sugar), and salt on the tip of a knife.

Put the saucepan on a water bath, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. (In a water bath set to ensure that the egg does not curdle in milk in scrambled eggs) and it was soft and creamy. The mess showed signs of boil - keep a minute and switch off.

Meanwhile, puree them with a blender one not large mango, 50 ml. milk 20 gr. butter 2 tbsp. sugar. The original recipe used a banana. But the store did not have it, and my choice fell on ripe and fragrant mangoes. Especially because it was a discount that day and the price was very attractive. I think the mess will benefit from this)).

Go back to the mess - she had the salad and was very tasty. It is possible already to eat, add a knob of butter and enjoy.

But today we go the other way - add the mango mixture to cereal, stir. Try, may be you will need to add sugar.
