Milk rice with berries

  • Sugar

  • Vanilla

For cooking I use white short-grain rice, "Italica".

To prepare vanilla, clean each leaf.

Milk mix with cream, add sugar to taste, salt, heat to boiling, add rice, add the grains of vanilla, cook over low heat until tender, stirring occasionally.
