Potato salad in Finnish
Perunasalaatti. The salad is simple and not too photogenic, but very tasty! To me this combination of ingredients familiar for a long time, but we tucked this salad usually either aromatic oil or sour cream with salt, but the dressing is a little different, and it turns out delicious. But the most important role is played here, of course, pickles - they all should be in moderation, too sour or too sweet will worsen the taste of the salad, so grab for him only the most delicious pickles.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Dill

    0.333 coup

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch
