Barley porridge
This time decorate barley porridge in pink color with blueberries, and delicate subtle flavor of cinnamon makes it taste much better.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Water

    4 cup

  • Cranberries

    200 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 piece

Pour pearl barley with plenty of water and leave overnight. I cooked in a slow cooker, so you only have 1 hour.

Rinse, cover with water. Add sugar, salt, cranberries and a cinnamon stick. And put the slow cooker on the appropriate option ( I have "beans").

When serving add a knob of butter.
