Cooking
Carrots to plane plates with a knife for cleaning of vegetables or cut into strips. Add chopped dried fruit.
Meat Turkey or chicken cut into small cubes, sprinkle with dried Basil or any seasoning, like some salt.
Mix the prepared carrots, meat, add the rice, garlic. (If the rice is brown, then it is advisable to pre-boil until soft - poorly absorbs moisture.) All folded up in a tray in the steamer.
After 20 minutes, remove from pan, drizzle with olive oil. Ready! Bon appetit!
