Chicken rolls with cheese
Very interesting taste and juiciness chicken ruletikom gives cheese. Decided to share with you my family recipe.

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    0.5 pack

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    5 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Curry

    3 g

Spread on a wrap chicken fillet and on top make another film. Good beats.
With beated remove the foil, turn over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix cottage cheese, fresh chopped dill, squeezed through chesnokodavilku garlic (2 small cloves), sour cream (you can substitute for milk) and salt.
Obtained cottage cheese spread on our fillet, not very thin layer.
Turn the rolls and not a lot add salt on top.
At the bottom of the double boiler from the food spread foil "boat" (can be easily replaced in the sleeve for baking). In the boat put sweet pepper, sliced garlic, Bay leaf.
Laid in our boat rolls. On rolls spread on top sliced garlic and just sprinkle a little curry or turmeric - just to give colour to finished roulette. The foil a little bit of scraping from the edges of the steamer that would steam can pass freely.
Put ready in 35-40 minutes.
After the specified time roll you can bring to the table, and the resulting broth to pour garnish - very tasty! If you have cheese, it is very tasty "sauce" for homemade bread, and if this cottage cheese spread on chips (it's not useful, but tasty), we get a really great appetizer with vodka:-) Bon appetit!
