Cooking
Mix sugar, protein and milk.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Slowly sprinkle in the flour, continuing to whisk. The mixture should be like thick cream.
Confectionery syringe on a baking sheet, greased with oil, squeeze out the necessary figures, patterns, flowers. Bake at 170S-180S in about 5-10 minutes.
And one more option. Protein, 1 Cup icing sugar and 5 drops of citric acid whisk until fluffy. Add dye and paint directly on the finished cake anything.
