Omelet with a filling
This is a very tasty dish, Japanese style. Omelet stuffed with meat like men, because it is very tasty and satisfying. The fresh air will satisfy your hunger and please a new, original taste.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Vegetable oil

  • Ginger

  • Onion

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

Prepare the products. you see in this picture.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. First put the chopped onion and garlic. Add the ground beef and continue to fry until the meat is cooked. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, squeeze the juice and add to the pan with fried meat. Enter the same soy sauce TM Kikkoman.

Since I don't have a square pan, in which the Japanese fry your omelet, I took a plain rectangular form with Teflon coating, warmed butter, put on the bottom of the sprigs of dill and sprinkle it all with breadcrumbs to make it easier to turn the omelet.

Beat three or four eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste. Carefully pour into mold. You can fry an omelet on the gas top or put on a few minutes in the oven.

As soon as the omelet solidifies on the bottom, put in the middle the minced meat and cook until ready.

Gently roll the omelet so that the stuffing was in the middle. Cool.
