"Tasty, quick, unusual" - that's the motto of this recipe! On cooking pasta, it took me about 15-20 minutes (and this with all the preparations) and the taste exceeded all my expectations. The secret of this recipe lies in an unusual sauce.. So what's the secret ingredient be? Come for the recipe!

    150 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cream

    300 ml

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Wine white semi-dry

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Butter

For clarity: I cut the cheese. Bacon (or more precisely, his fat brother) was already cut into cubes. Can't exactly say how to translate into Russian, but I always use instead of bacon because it has only 3% fat. Called this miracle "Katenschinken". In General, the recipe needs is bacon.

Onion, garlic. I prefer red onions, because it is, in my opinion, has a more spicy flavor.

You can just throw the pasta because the bodø process is very fast. I normally boil water in advance so as not to delay the process.

Fry the bacon, onion and garlic in butter. So the butter did not burn, I first pour a small amount of olive oil and the melted butter.

Salt, pepper. Add the cream.

And finally the secret ingredient - Gorgonzola cheese (DorBlu and everything like that are also good). Everything should mix well and when the cheese is melted the sauce is ready!
