Chicken in pear sauce
Inspired by the recipe of the cook of Vodolagi "Chicken roll with pears", I decided to try to make my husband a fancy dinner. And that's what I did..


  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


Chicken fillet slice, pour the warm milk and leave for half an hour.
Pear clean, cut into small pieces.
In a hot pan melt the butter, pour in the sliced pears, sprinkle with lemon juice, add the cinnamon, ginger, mix well. Add honey, stir and stew on low heat until the pears are soft.
In another pan put chicken (milk pour), salt and pepper, sear on all sides.
To roasted fillet add the pears, pour the milk (left over from the fillet), cover and stew on very low heat.
