My family all love the tongue in the batter. Well, about the love of eggplant is a separate subject. )))So I decided to combine these two products together. We liked it!!!And you?)))

Ingredients

  • Beef tongue

    300 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking
