Insanely delicious rice porridge with a strong Apple and spice taste, light hint of coconut and crunchy nuts nice variety to Your Breakfast! Suitable for vegans and fasting!

Ingredients

  • Figure

    40 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Coconut shavings

    15 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Carnation

    0.17 piece

  • Nutmeg

    0.17 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Nuts

  • Honey

Cooking

Apples peel and cut into small slices.

In a pan put the rice, cover with cold water.

Add the sliced apples, sugar, coconut and spices (ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves) and mix well.

Bring to a boil, then cook over low heat, covered for 25-30 minutes until tender. Serve with roasted on a dry pan nuts (I had cashews) and honey.
