Rice porridge with pumpkin and pear
Very delicious and healthy Breakfast - porridge! Everyone in my family love rice pudding, I invite you to join. Pumpkin with pear, caramelized in cane sugar adorn this dish. Chilled is a wonderful dessert.

Rice rinse well in running water and put to boil, adding a pinch of salt. When the rice is almost ready, pour into the pan of hot milk, mix well. Egg yolk mixed with the sugar and gradually pour in the cereal and mix vigorously. Bring the porridge to boil, it will thicken slightly and acquire a delicate cream tint. Remove from heat, cover the saucepan and wrap, leave for 20-25 minutes.

The flesh of pumpkin and pears cut into small cubes and fry in butter in a frying pan for 10-12 minutes, stirring constantly. When the pumpkin becomes soft, sprinkle with brown sugar, add the vanilla extract, boil for another 3-4 minutes and remove from heat.
