Cooking
Cut pepper (small cubes), onion and add to meat mixture. Also add quail eggs, salt, pepper and seasoning to taste. Mix thoroughly.
To form the patties. Put on the grate in the steamer. To set mode. I'm betting on 15 minutes.
Put the finished patties on a plate, decorate and serve!
