Spaghetti with spinach in a cheese cream sauce
A very tasty dish! Spicy and hearty! Recipe found long ago in the "Domovoy" magazine.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti

    0.5 pack

  • Black pepper

  • Spinach

    1 pack

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Blue cheese

    100 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Butter

Cooking

Slice mushrooms, leek cut into half rings. Saute mushrooms and leek in small amount of oil.

When they are almost done, top with the frozen spinach and cover skillet.

Once the spinach is softened, pour in the cream and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Slice the cheese cubes and pour into a pan. Mix. Ready. Let the sauce stand for a bit under the hood.

Simultaneously with the beginning of cooking the sauce should start to boil spaghetti.

Connect the prepared sauce with the spaghetti and serve! Bon appetit!
