Salad
Spring salad can be prepared only when there are cabbage and sorrel. Cooked for the first time by prescription work colleagues. Loved it.

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dry red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Recipe - 3 piece palm-sized, but I had one piece that I cut into small slices.

Put the meat in a hot pan in vegetable oil and fry on both sides until tender (5-7 minutes).

Prepared meat put off to cool down.

In the remainder of the oil in a skillet put chopped garlic, fry, add wine, add salt and sugar to taste.

Once the sauce comes to a boil, turn off heat.

Young shinkuem cabbage.

Finely chop sorrel, onions, parsley and dill, mix with the cabbage, crush hands, but not salt.

The meat is cut into thin slices.

Pour the sauce from the frying pan, stir and put in refrigerator for 20 minutes so the meat and cabbage soaked in sauce.
