The most useful buckwheat porridge for little gourmets
Perfect for its usefulness and richness of taste porridge. Only two components of milk and buckwheat. No water, salt and sugar. It turns out incredibly fragrant porridge, for Breakfast or before bed for beloved kids. Cooked very quickly, but another hour to insist.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    90 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

Buckwheat ground in a coffee grinder.

Bring to boil the milk in a slow stream pour grits and cook for 7 minutes stirring constantly. The porridge is liquid.

Cover and 1 hour to put on heating (I have a teapot on one platform with electric). You can even longer.

Open the lid, remove the foil, stir the porridge. The aroma is fantastic. IMPORTANT: do not add salt and do not add sugar, they just spoil the porridge, lichen and taste, and aroma.
