Oatmeal smoothie with pear
Delicious and healthy drink (if you can call this thick and creamy smoothie). Cook it for Breakfast to Your children and they will never even know that just ate a good serving of oatmeal. You can apply hot and cold.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Salt

Cooking

Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Fall asleep oats. Add salt. Cook on low heat under a lid until tender.

I took oat bran cereal TM Mistral.

Cut the pear into fragments.

Add the cereal.

Pour in the cream. Beat with a blender. Add the sugar and whisk.

Decorate with pear slices, mint and serve! You can sprinkle chocolate or cocoa. Bon appetit!
