Millet porridge with strawberries and mint

Ingredients

  • Millet

    100 g

  • Strawberry

    100 g

  • Mint

  • Salt

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Yogurt

    1 Tbsp

We need a millet porridge! Thick enough. But not really important)) Cook it as You wish. I usually do this in a slow cooker, falling asleep 1 part millet, 1 part water and 2 parts milk.

We wash the strawberries and puree them in a blender.

Now mint. The most simple is to take mint leaves and throw them in a blender along with the strawberries. But I for example don't like the leaves in food... So I threw the leaves into the juicer and got peppermint extract. Then just specify that this extract is obtained is very rich, it tastes bitter, and one portion is enough literally a teaspoon. You can also take peppermint liqueur, mint syrup. Or pre-soak the mint in hot milk.

Now mix HOT cereal with mint syrup, a pinch of salt, honey/syrup and strawberry puree. Served with natural yoghurt or sour cream.
