Porridge
As you know, porridge is the perfect Breakfast: a hearty, nutritious, energizing. To diversify the mess, I propose to add stewed apples in syrup with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Maple syrup

    125 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For cooking I use the Hercules traditional whole wheat.

Mix the milk with water, bring to a boil.

1 tbsp butter melt in the pan, pour the cereal, Hercules and, stirring constantly, fry the flakes 1.5-2 minutes until Golden brown.

Roasted flakes pour in boiling milk and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Wash apples, peel and seeds, cut into slices.

In a pan melt the remaining butter, spread the apples, pour 1 tablespoon of syrup (I have crimson, you can take according to your taste) and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining syrup, cinnamon, and then on slow fire for another 3-5 minutes.

In bowls to put the cereal on top of our fragrant apples and pour the syrup from the apples. Delicious and healthy Breakfast ready!
