Rice pudding with white chocolate and strawberries
You don't like porridge? Well, okay, but if it's a dessert with chocolate? And with strawberries? Have fun? Come visit, will entertain with a delicious dessert.

Ingredients

Prepare the products. The strawberries I had frozen, defrosting is not necessary. Wash rice and soak in water for 20-30 minutes.

Drain the water, pour the rice hot milk, bring to a boil and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. It will take about 20 minutes.

While cooking the rice, prepare the strawberry sauce. Strawberries cut into 4-6 pieces. My strawberries are very fragrant and sweet, so I added incomplete teaspoon of sugar. To put a small fire and heat until the sugar dissolves and boiling. Starch dilute with water and add to berries, stir and boil 2-3 minutes. The sauce is ready.
