  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    150 ml

Mix the flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

Add the vegetable oil and grind hands crumbs.

Gradually add water, knead the dough. The dough should be not sticky, elastic. Cover it and 15-20 minutes to leave.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces and roll out each to a thin pellet. Sear in a hot dry pan for 30 seconds on each side. If you plan to use them in other dishes, only slightly sarmante them. Store in a bag in the fridge or in the freezer.
