Cooking
Pre-boil the beef. We will prepare our ingredients.
Cut onion into half rings, pickle it in a mixture of vinegar with water. I'm doing 50/50.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Cabbage cut into small pieces and spread on the bottom of our bowl, just a little salt, and drizzle with olive oil. In the original salad first laid out a layer of lettuce (maybe anyone is interested, and suddenly want to try!)
Onion drain. In a separate bowl, combine the meat, cucumbers and onions. It's all good and pepper, pour olive oil, stir.
Our cabbage put meat with onions and cucumber.
Tomatoes cut into slices, and spread in a circle of our dishes.
