Honey porridge of bulgur
Bulgur (burgul) — groats with a long history. It is used over four millennia. It is believed that in Europe it was brought from the Middle East merchants of the Maghreb (the Internet). Offer you to prepare delicious and healthy honey cereal this cereal.

  • Bulgur

    0.75 cup

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Prepare foods that we need.

Cut pear, remove core, cut into cubes.

Vegetable oil pour into a small pan, fry the pears for 3 minutes.

Add bulgur (I use cereal brand Mistral) and mix thoroughly. Pour water into a saucepan in a ratio of 1:2, a little salt. Cook on low heat until soft grains.
