Bircher. Lightweight and at the same time a hearty Breakfast for those who love not only delicious, but also healthy food. Oatmeal for Breakfast is always a great start to any day, and the combination of Apple, dried fruits and nuts will satisfy even the pickiest foodie!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    180 g

  • Apple juice

    310 ml

  • Yogurt

    420 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Almonds

    35 g

  • Black currants

    40 g

  • Coconut

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

Cooking

Evening: Take oatmeal, juice and yogurt

Mix in a small bowl, cover, and sent overnight in the fridge

Morning: we Take our oat mixture

The rest of the ingredients

Peel off the skin and cut the core out of one Apple, three on a coarse grater

Add to the oat mixture along with the nuts, currants, coconut and cinnamon. Mix

Peel the remaining Apple and remove the core, cut the Apple in thin slices. Muesli with yogurt and Apple slices. Bon appetit!
