Jellied mackerel
Unusual jelly of salted fish.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Corn

    4 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Fish cleaned, cut into small cubes and put into molds.

The fish put the mixture of peas and corn, then cut into strips pepper.

Prepare the sauce. Gelatin soaked in 100 ml of water. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream, add lemon juice, pepper, dill and dissolved gelatin.

Pour the sauce over the cups and leave in the cold for the night.
