Semolina for dessert
Ordinary porridge can be so beautifully presented that no one will refuse such a bright, delicious Breakfast!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    0.3 tsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam orange

    4 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

Cooking

Heat the milk and cover the rump, salt, sugar, vanilla.

Use semolina from "Mistral". Cook like ordinary porridge until thick. Let cool to room temperature.

In a sundae dish or glass put a spoonful of cold porridge, the top layer of jam.

Again put a layer of porridge.

Pour citrus marmalade with pieces of peel.

Garnish with mound of porridge.

And berries of blueberry. Serve immediately.
