Birch porridge
The unusual combination of rice with birch juice, flavored nuts and dried fruits will give us an interesting taste of our wonderful porridge.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Birch juice

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

  • Dried fruits

    70 g

  • Almonds

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

For cooking we will need the Jasmine rice "Mistral".

Wash rice in 6 waters and pour the birch juice. Add salt, sugar to taste, bring to boil, reduce the heat and cook until all the juice is absorbed.

Turn off the heat, put in the cooked rice butter, dried fruit, stir, cover and leave for 10 minutes to swell.

Put the ground almonds, mix well.

Serve onto plates and garnish with almonds.
