Lazy oatmeal in the jar
For lovers of porridge and sleep longer in the morning: lazy oatmeal! Done in 5 min in the morning and already finished;) go for it. It is possible to change the composition (for example, instead of apples to add berries, etc.), but I like it. Used to do such gruel. (also ideal for those who snack at work. You can take with you)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Milk

    0.25 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.333 cup

  • Apple

    0.5 piece

  • Fruit puree

    4 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

Prepare your ingredients:

In a glass jar (with a lid) container, or pour cereal and add milk with the kefir (or yogurt). Add applesauce (preferably without cream), cinnamon and honey.

Cut the Apple into small pieces and mix with porridge.
