Carrot soup with ginger
When outside it's rainy and cold, I want something warm and bright! Help yourself! Carrot soup was cooking for the first time, I loved it - tasty and healthy!!! Gives a special touch of ginger and orange juice. Came to visit my sister and niece, she is little more than a year. Knead for both cheeks, just like my daughter:)) the Recipe romashovaa (LJ)

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Broth

    700 ml

  • Orange juice

    100 ml

  • Cream

    0.333 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Salt

Cooking

Onions finely chop, ginger RUB on a small grater.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, saute onion ginger, about 5-7 minutes on low heat.

Carrots cut into slices.

Add carrots, pour broth and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low heat for about 30 minutes.

When the carrot is ready, remove the pan from heat and using immersion blender blend the soup to puree. Salt to taste, add orange juice, cream and cinnamon, mix well. Then again put the pan on the fire, bring to boil and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
