Liver cake with cheese and kefir cream
Liver cake with cream prepared without mayonnaise ( reduce calorie) but with the addition of spinach . On the website of course there is liver cake :) but I found with this cream.... I think that this option will not prevent.....

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    700 g

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Spinach

    1 coup

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    0.5 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cooking

Beef liver soak in water with salt or milk at least at least 4 hours. Remove membranes, cut and mince together with onion and chicken livers in 2 times.

Add the eggs , flour ,semolina and salt. Mix well and let stand 25 minutes to swell monkey.

Fry in vegetable oil chopped onion, grated carrot. Add the chopped spinach ( after washing it) and lightly fry . The cooled vegetables grind in a blender. In powdered mixture add the garlic, yogurt, and cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Stir until smooth.

Ready liver pancakes fluff cream and assemble the cake.

Decorate with grated cheese. Leave overnight in the refrigerator for impregnation of cakes.
