Liver
Everyone knows how useful the liver. But not all love her. Here among my relatives, there are also king tut. But the liver for this recipe was eating for both cheeks. I hope You cooks, this recipe will love and will love too.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    0.333 cup

  • Salt

  • A mixture of spices

Liver skip through Mincer with a fine grid.

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil (2-3 tbsp) warm, add the mixture of spices and liver. Fry on medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender. Remove the pan until aside.

Green onions finely chop.
