Cooking
to prepare four servings of this dish we need these products.
First you need to soak 1 tbsp of gelatin. When it swells, you need a water bath to dissolve it and enter in the ricotta cheese. There also add 1 tbsp. l. lemon and orange juice, 2 tbsp of cream.
Last add a few drops of Tabasco sauce and chopped dill. All stir well and put in molds (I used regular, which are all in the freezer for ice). Put the cold to harden. I put in the evening. Here are just forgot to take a picture in vanity))).
Whip remaining cream to firm peaks. Lubricating cream crackers. To take the form that would freeze the ricotta for a few seconds to lower in hot water and flip.
The resulting small terrines of ricotta to put on the crackers. Top to lubricate the whipped cream and put the little rosettes of salmon. Garnish with leaves of fresh herbs.
Serve as a separate dish...
Or on a platter to the table buffet.
Isn't it nice to sit with the dish by the fireplace?
