Meat salad puff
Hearty winter salad. Harmonious and delicious. I want to dedicate this recipe to my wonderful friend, a charming girl and posh Boy Masha - Mary Stone!

Bake in the oven for a piece of beef. You can boil the meat or use chicken. Going to be delicious anyway. Here's a piece of beef I cook. Spices: salt, turmeric, garlic powder and pepper mixture, olive oil. Ideal to cook meat the night before.

Boil the potatoes and carrots in their skins. Boil eggs and cool, put into cold water with ice. Thank you Lyuda for the tip! The yolks are perfectly yellow. For the salad I took 3 protein and 1 egg yolk.

Grate cheese on a fine grater and put in a container. To the cheese add the chopped garlic, ground black pepper and two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Stir, cover and leave to infuse. You can add dill, if desired.

I cut the onion half-rings, but for more convenient subsequent cutting of salad, I recommend to cut the washer for another three segments.

Literally one teaspoon of ghee or any other suitable oil, fry the onions on medium heat, add spices, stir and a couple of minutes to dry onions. With such cooking the onion turns spicy, slightly crunchy and not bitter.

Very finely chop the pickled cucumber. I have decided to RUB on the Korean grater and cut with a knife. Mix the cucumber with two tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Boiled potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater. On the dish set serving ring, I used the marginalia from a split form with a diameter of 20cm.
