Pasta shells stuffed with mushrooms
After tasting this dish once, you will want to cook it again and again.

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    1 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 can

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    2 tsp

  • Ham

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pasta shells, boil in salted water until soft. Recline in a colander and allow to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Mushrooms cut into cubes.

Cut onion finely.

Pepper cut into cubes.

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater. I used amerykaski cheese. You can take any, but it is better mozzarella or Parmesan, but I didn't have them. Ham cut into cubes. (I have a ham wasn't enough so I added pork).

On a heated frying pan put onions, mushrooms and red pepper. Simmer with lid on for 5 minutes. Then add the parsley (I had dry, but fresh), nutmeg, tomato paste, salt and pepper. Simmer again until the moisture evaporates.

Added ham.

Then half of the cheese and simmer until then, until the cheese is melted. It is about 2-3 minutes.

That's the stuffing turns out.

In a baking dish, put the stuffed shells. Sprinkle top with grated cheese and bake it in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
